Service: We work hard to ensure that orders are sent out whitin 7 to 15 days of receipt, but this may take a little longer at very busy time. All order in the U.K. are sent by first class post. Orders outside the U.K. will be sent by packet rate or parcel post.

Returns and cancelling orders: Under the U.K. law, you have right to cancel your order within seven days of receiving the goods, and your payment will be refund. We are not legally bound to accept goods which are returned after this date, or if the good are not in good condition.
