Service: We work hard to ensure orders are sent out within 7 to 15 days of receipt, but this may take a little longer during busy periods. All orders in the UK are sent first class post. Orders outside the UK will be sent by packet rate or parcel post.

Returns: A full refund will be offered on faulty goods only, providing they are returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods recieved after that date, are not refundable.

Ordering: Orders may be placed via this website by email, or post. Please use our online order system or email us on info@mayeraccessories.co.uk. Please ensure you give us information in full regarding your choice of item, quanity and colour. Also payment details and any additional delivery information we may need to know.

Payment: We are happy to accept payment by Credit and Debit cards. All details will need to be completed on our order form when you place your order. Alternatively, you can pay by cheque, made payable to Mayer Accessories Ltd.
